Swastikas on Catholic School -- Bob inspected the outside of
the school building on Jan. 6th. He prepared a letter that acknowleged the effort the Church has made towards a
resolution. The letter was reviewed and approved for sending. The building will first be checked for any additional
progress on this issue before sending the letter.
Pictures in Forest Hall -- Krista sent via email information and link to a short biography of the artist Easton Davy, a African-American whose work is exhibited at the ARTery, about who
she is writing an article for an upcoming issue of Milford Magazine.
Postmeeting Note: Norm contacted Krista who suggested direct contact with Easton Davy and/or the ARTery. Norm spoke
with Easton Davy who indicated that the two paintings uypstairs in Forest Hall were not his and he was unaware
of them. [The paintings are signed "EAST" (all caps)].
Handicap Access at Columns -- Norm reported that some Pike County Historical Society (PCHS)
officiers were called into a meeting with Pike County Commissioners to review their books, etc.
We thought to forward some correspondance from TSUC concerning the issue for informational purposes. TSUC was first
to make known the issue of the PCHS's inappropriate use of grant funds awarded to make the Columns more disabled
accessible back in July 2001.
Postmeeting Note: Article in the Pocono Record - "The Columns
in Pike getting chair lift"
Recently we received an email showing interest in our organization from an individual who is an HIV/AIDS Prevention
Education Coordinator. Perry will contact and follow up.
501(c)3 -- Norm, Bob and Perry worked on the application.

as per Article VIII, Section 2 of the by-laws.
