Business Meeting Report

Tri-State Unity Coalition Business Meeting Milford United Methodist Church March 12, 2002

Four people attended Tuesday night's business meeting to discuss the Tri-State Unity Coalition. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM. All minutes are DRAFT until approved at the following meeting. Report   By-law Amendment No. 1 was proposed at the previous meeting on February 12, 2002. The amendment was posted on the website for public comment from February 12th to present. No comments were received. The amendment was voted on and approved by all present members of the Board of Directors. Voting to approve were Bob, Perry and Norm. Absent from the vote was Rosanne. 501(c)3 -- Norm, Bob and Perry worked on the application. Its near completion! Meeting closed at 9:00 PM. Minutes Submitted by Bob Business meetings will be held the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 P.M., at the United Methodist Church in Milford.
